Operation Manager(Ahmedabad & Chennai / Permanent)

To lead and manage complete plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Safety, Cost Control, and Manpower Management while ensuring achievement of business targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall Heat Treatment plant operations.
Ensure production target achievement with optimum productivity.
Monitor furnace operations, process control, and quality compliance.
Drive OEE, productivity, rejection reduction, and cost optimization.
Coordinate with SCM, Maintenance, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure implementation of TPM, Lean, Kaizen, and 5S activities.
Maintain safety standards, statutory compliance, and discipline.
Handle manpower planning, training, and team development.
Improve customer satisfaction through quality and delivery performance.

Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production

Experience

8–12 Years in Heat Treatment / Engineering Industry
Minimum 3 Years in leadership role
