Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other
information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
 Explore/research new segment for heat treatment business.
 Market research and competitor information.
 Marketing of UEL, visits to customers for new development and projects.
 Generating RFQ, RFQ through mail/verbal, drawings. Have capability of
feasibility/ drawing study preparation. Quotation submission to customer.
 Receive trial samples from customer, coordinate the trials. Submit the
samples to customer and get the feedback. Receive PO, cross-checking and
acknowledge the PO.
 Meet set sales and collection targets
 Report & co-ordinate customer complaints received for respective region.
Ensure resolution of complaint to the satisfaction of customer
 Visit all key customers at pre-decided frequency and submit weekly visit
reports to the management.
 Branding & Communication:
1. Identify relevant exhibitions for participation/ visits
2. Visit relevant exhibitions in consultation with the management
3. Company presentations and emailers to customers
4. Identify advertising opportunities, association with various industry and
trade magazines
 Reports:
1. Keep track of competitor activities and present monthly report to the
management
2. Prepare performance reports (Sales, collection, new customers added etc.)
and present to the management
3. Present report on assigned customer projects from time to time
Competencies:
 Good oral and written communication skills (English and regional language)
 IT Skills
 Extrovert in nature and outgoing. Likes to meet and converse with people.
 Likes extensive travelling within the city and out of station (should have own
means of transportation (2-wheeler) for local travel)
 Hardworking, high on values and great attitude to learn.
 Good presentation skills
 Candidate must be local and know in and out of the region.

Safety Manager(Pune / Permanent)

Responsibilities:
1. Health & Safety Management

Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices specific to heat treatment operations.

Identify workplace hazards (high temperature furnaces, quenching oils, gases, electrical systems, material handling, confined spaces) and conduct risk assessments.

Ensure availability and correct use of PPE (heat-resistant gloves, face shields, helmets, safety shoes, respiratory protection, etc.).

Conduct daily/weekly safety inspections and audits; close non-compliances within defined timelines.

Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and unsafe conditions; prepare root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Monitor occupational health risks such as heat stress, fumes, noise, and ergonomic hazards.
2. Statutory & Legal Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as Factories Act, Maharashtra Factory Rules, EHS statutory requirements, and local pollution control norms.

Coordinate with government authorities, safety inspectors, and third-party auditors.

Maintain statutory registers, records, and licenses related to safety, health, and environment.

Support internal and external EHS audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
3. Environment Management

Monitor waste management practices including hazardous waste (used oil, quenching oil, furnace residues, chemicals).

Ensure compliance with MPCB / CPCB guidelines and consent conditions.

Promote energy conservation, pollution prevention, and environmental best practices.

Coordinate periodic environmental monitoring (air, noise, effluent, emissions).
4. Training & Awareness

Conduct safety induction training for new employees, contractors, and visitors.

Organize periodic EHS training programs on fire safety, emergency response, safe furnace operation, chemical handling, and first aid.

Carry out toolbox talks and safety campaigns to enhance safety awareness.
5. Emergency Preparedness

Develop, implement, and review emergency response plans (fire, gas leakage, furnace incidents, oil spillage).

Coordinate mock drills for fire and emergency evacuation and maintain related records.

Ensure proper functioning of fire-fighting systems, alarms, extinguishers, and emergency exits.
6. Contractor & Visitor Safety

Ensure contractors comply with site safety rules and procedures.

Conduct contractor safety induction and monitor safe working practices.

Enforce permit-to-work systems for hot work, confined space entry, electrical work, and maintenance activities.
7. Skills & Competencies:

Sound knowledge of EHS laws and statutory compliance.

Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.

Good communication and training skills.

Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.

Working knowledge of MS Office and EHS documentation.
